Born in 1968 in Azerbaijan, Iran, he is a sculptor and researcher. After completing his primary and secondary education, he began serious art training under the mentorship of design and painting masters at Mirak Tabriz. Due to his deep passion for art and painting, he moved to Tehran, where he studied sculpture for four years at the Visual Arts Center. Since then, he has continuously and professionally worked in the field of sculpture.
Over the years, Aghali has held more than twenty-five solo exhibitions and participated in sixty-five group exhibitions, biennials, and art expos in Iran, Germany, France, the UK, Austria, Ukraine, Morocco, Dubai, and Qatar. His recent works have been displayed at the 6th Beijing International Art Biennale in China and the 56th Venice International Biennale in Italy, as part of the Iran Pavilion.
His extensive portfolio includes the creation of around forty monumental sculptures, reliefs, and urban memorials. His sculptures can be found in the collections of national art museums and private collections.
